TREX DECK PRICING

Starter Package:

This option consists of Trex Basics decking and Trex Basics fascia

3 colors to choose from for the decking and fascia (color is uniform throughout the board and from board to board)

Includes a low maintenance vinyl railing with a “T” top profile and black round aluminum balusters. Available in 3 colors. Or choose the Trex Select Handrail system available in Flat white only with black round aluminum balusters.

The fascia caps the ends of the decking with a double stack effect.  A solid edge deck board on top with fascia below to cover the framing. This finish is done on both the deck and sides of the stair

Decking is fastened with Trex approved hidden fasteners and color matched trim screws.

Labor, material, permit and job site clean up is included

Starter Plus Package: 

This is an upgrade to the Starter package.

This option consists of Trex Basics decking and Trex Basics fascia

3 colors to choose from for the decking (see color options above)

Choose from 3 handrail options: 1) a low maintenance vinyl railing with a “T” top profile and black round aluminum balusters. Available in 3 colors.  2) Trex Select Handrail system available in Flat white only with black round aluminum balusters. 3) UltraMax Aluminum handrail with aluminum posts ( a Made in Michigan product)

This option includes a 1 Board boarder along the outside perimeter of the deck surface (picture frame), Custom fascia finishes, and picture framed steps.

Decking is fastened with Trex approved hidden fasteners and color matched trim screws.

Labor, material, permit and job site clean up is included

$55 – $63 per square foot

Advanced Package:

This option consists of Trex Naturals decking and Trex Naturals fascia ( color and streaking varies throughout the board and from board to board) Simulates real wood

4 Colors to choose from for the decking and fascia

Includes ANY standard Trex Railing option

This option includes a 1 Board boarder along the outside perimeter of the deck surface (picture frame), Custom fascia finishes, and picture framed steps.

Decking is fastened with Trex approved hidden fasteners and color matched trim screws.

Transcend Package:

The Transcend package offers Trex Transcend decking and Trex Transcend fascia. This is our Premium Package. The color choices in this line are rich and vivid. ( color and streaking varies throughout the board and from board to board) Simulates real tropical wood

8 colors to choose from for the decking and fascia

Choose from the Trex Signature Aluminum handrail system (3 color options) or the Trex Transcend Composite handrail system (6 color options)

This option includes a 1 Board boarder along the outside perimeter of the deck surface (picture frame), Custom fascia finishes, and picture framed steps.

Decking is fastened with Trex approved hidden fasteners and color matched trim screws.

Labor, material, permit and job site clean up is included

$65 – $75 per square foot

All packages include a 4 ft wide standard staircase

Removal and disposal of existing deck

Pea Gravel

Upper level decks or walkout decks

Glass, cable, or custom handrail, etc.

Add 8 square feet for every 12 inches of height of the deck for the stairs
